Internationally, 'Potter' has already made enough to fill Gringotts bank. It has pulled in $82.5 million in 43 countries outside the US over the past two days -- and that was without counting major markets like the UK, Spain and Brazil.
The final "Potter" film's record-breaking opening was expected after movie ticket service Fandango said more than 6,000 midnight showtimes were sold out in advance, leaving theaters scrambling to add 3:00am screenings.
Deadline predicted the final "Potter" film could make up to $180 million in total in the US over the three-day weekend.The flick opened in an additional 16 countries, including those, on Friday.
